The printer displays "Insert the transfer unit".
What may be the problem? Maybe someone knows a solution?

Chek in printer driver is enable duplex. What happend if You click in the propertis - configuration - get information for printer?
Reload or upgrade the software if the problem returns replace HDD.
Check the settings in the properties driver - configuration - installed options - select a duplex :)

1. Check and reset all connectors on ESS PWB and HDD.
2. Press and hold the 4, the Stop, and the Power Save buttons on the Control Panel while switching on the power. Hold the buttons down...
check voltage in NVM PWB Battery (do not remove) should be > 2,8 V :)
Replace toner dispens gear :)
i think you do it by User Interface. Login to Administrator and reset in Consumables 2nd BTR - transfer roll ;);)
