Try replacing ps13 on the exit section, I was having the same problem and sensor seemed ok...replaced it and it took care of the jamming issues. Part # is very common to many other models.

The gears most likely have small cracks in them, They are used for cmyk toner/dv units, same gear and part # for all the units.
Check the DV drive gears for cracks, it's a known problem for streaks and bands on copies. The updated part # for the gears are NGERH1530FCZ3 and poly sliders have been added along with the gears....
