I have a MPC2800 which I cant access the web page, been into the network card and its set to 1, which is ok been told 2 is print but no WIM access?

Hi we have a site that has moved onto a hosted server off site and have moved from SMB local scanning to reomte FTP.

They are unable to scan via FTP to there new remote server.

I have had alot of problems with the metal paper guide which swings up from the reg roller when you open the fuser - drum door on the right, they are a bit funny to replace, but solve alot of jam...

Updated the firmware on the scanner, it now scan's ok to the server.

Wish I new what fix the problem, but it's working which is good.
