Usually the password for admin is admin or password. If your supervisor account has a password and you dont know it you'll have to replace the nvram on the board. No passing that.

Just did it on Device manager. You can get the user counters of a single device or a group of device's. You just need to go to polling under device access. Very easy

Just a quick tip. When getting this SC code it states that the bicu or controller are faulty. Just had this on an MP6002 and it was the power supply.
