The machine has only done 20k
the problem started after it was linked it produced 15 prints and then the code and the machine shows all toners empty...

Have you checked connectins between the DC and Main Controller ?
Does the scan lamp illuminate or move before error appears?
IP = Image processor not ready ?

I would def check all connecters...

Has the HDD failed or does it just need formatting and where are you based?

Error code not in manual BUT
Did you swap the old counter PCB ? onto the new main controller ?
Because the counter and serial number are a matched set
So use the counter PCB off the old...

What did you clean the ITB rollers with? use IPA And clean
Is the belt correctly positioned on the rollers.
have you tried running a copy with the ITB Cleaner assy out ?

I am not a Xerox engineer but I have seen this on canon colour machines.
the glossing is probably done by applying roller which is clutch controlled and it looks like its engaging and dis-engaging

the drum patch sensor is dirty.
take out the drum carefully and look up around about half way into the cavity at the position of 11 o clock the sensor has a white plastic surround clean the suface...
