it will not print the meters. It will change screens. I can get into admin mode. that's it. Should it print out the meter page automatically or do you have to press start. All of the hard key work....

I had the same problem. You have a feed unit in the machine from a Bizhub 363/283/223. The 423 has an extra sensor in the paper feed unit.
