I have replaced the feed rolls and then the feed units to try and get this machine to quit stashing paper behind the cassette. What could be causing this? The event log only shows that paper didnt...

IP fax only needs a network. Lan fax needs a phone line They are two different animals
The whole series is "ridiculously frail"! I think they had a contest at Ricoh to see who could design the cheapest copier with the most features.
As has been stated, IP faxing is scan to email, it uses some of the fax protocol but over a network. For instance you get a notification that the message was received.
It has nothing to do with LAN...

They do both auto and immediate. immediate is SW3, bit 5 to 1. both are set to on. Not just on error.
