Problem is solved by changing all the delivery rubbers.

change all delivery rubbers and check fixing rollers.

I'm facing same problem with my dccs50. My technician is coming after 3 days to fix it. The settings are in max setup.

Yes; even if i specify legal or a3 in stack by pass, paper jams. It comes half from fixing and remains half in finisher. The problem is in only one side printing mode in two sided mode from all areas...
