what type of paper you use?? RML Xerox paper?? I have similar problem but the paper was not for laser printing. The customer use cheaper paper for offset lithography. Yes colotech is more expensive...

disable firewal, antivirus. You must use the correct alterboot for WCP35... And the SW 3.98.50 is ok. You must use a null modem serial cable and crossover cable....

But when you print simplex and you dont have changed print from face down to face up the machine use the inverter !!! so that the copies printed out...

just back up the bottom hinge with some piece of metal, the door with the OCT is too heavy and the hinge is bend down. The door must close absolutely freely without any obstruction.

1. disable the option on the UI, it is still activ but customer wont see it on the panel.
