A meeting? It is a "tongue-lashing", reminding you when you screwed up in the previous 2 weeks or so. Sometimes, they feed the animals too!
Did you ever get this done? If not, send me a pm. I am in Fayetteville, not too far.
Isn't first copy time using the RSPF about 10 sec with this model? I thought that was normal.
There are so many options as previously mentioned. You can even set it for color authentication only and allow unlimited B/W usage. If you are interested in that, check the TT-20003 on the IDNC...
No. Almost all models have different codes/sub-codes. Best bet is to get a manual for a specific model.....especially if it is an older one.
Amen to both of those comments old brother......Maybe we should send pics of a "service manager of your's and his girlfriend"....Haha!
Yes, very common for someone to place books or other originals on the right sensor and then have that message pop up. Make sure that sensor works as well using your SIMs.
It is a lot faster if you have a laptop and can direct connect with crossover cable. You can get code reset in seconds.
That's it. Sometimes it will also have an issue with Outlook 2007.

Running the exe is always the easiest way to go for Sharp Drivers. (As noted, he beat me to the punch.)
...Also, make sure to add the email address to the address book 1st, and then set up the inbound routing. Once address is set for inbound routing it cant be edited or deleted unless you turn inbound...
Just a side note. Sharp has been replacing a lot of these fusers under warranty because of the issues. Might want to check into it.
Sounds like you have an IP conflict. Set the copier to DHCP/Dynamic and see what address it picks up. More than likely, something else on the network has taken the same IP that the Sharp was using...
It could be the firewall/windows defender. Also, check to make sure that no "odd" free virus protection is running. That's what was giving me that problem until I turned off defender.
Wow. I take it people hate Runz. Some of our techs use it and the majority of the them seem to like it. I personally have no problem with it. Maybe it is the plan my company is using, but I make...
We recently switched from Bomgar to Team Viewer. Seems to be doing well so far, though i have only used it about 4 times. Our internet connection at our local office was shabby, so I'm sure that...
I had the same problem. It's good to know that I wasn't going crazy and others have been facing the same issue. What i did was lube the drive gears.....almost all of them with some "Tri-Flo" lube. ...
Crossover cable will work if you are connecting it to just one PC. DO NOT install the print driver until the Sharp is configured (IP address etc). Sharp print drivers will find the printer...
