I had a Ricoh 20105 doing that and i replaced the dev unit and the potential sensor. Fixed the problem.

check your inverter area.... make sure they didnt have any labels stuck in that unit. the glue from the labels can cause dog earing.... also check your duplex unit..... more than likely thats where...

Check your registration clutch..... if the paper is wrinkling at the reg roller then it sounds like your not getting enough bite on the paper as it comes up to the reg area causing wrinkling.... also...
