I have Canon iR3320i machine giving error E602 & switching off/on automatically.Checked bootrom,connections,HD check(takes very long time for 1st sector)....no joy.......

I had same problem. Most of the time it was Fixing Assy. Rarely I changed DC power supply PCB .
Let us know.

You need to have SST & System software which will be available with Canon authorised Agent in your area. You need to call their service engineer.

If you dont find language what you need ,then you need to use SST & download appropriate languange to copier.

Copier Guy, I believe Level 3 is only used for factory setting purpose only.

mnm,I had same problem before & I found the flat,delicate,plastic,ribbon cable's(which is attached to LCD) end connectors were damaged.Pls. check it or you need to change LCD unit.

We changed Sr.,Counter & IP pcb as a set from other scrap m/c. Now m/c is OK. Can breath till Sr. No. pcb comes from Canon.

FYI.

You can use newer SST .You need to edit the HDIFT file to use 3rd party HDD.
