    The problem is resolved! The wiring harness wires for the exit motor were pinched and arcing.

    I have a MP6001 that will duplex 8.5 x 11 copies, but jams when duplexing 8.5 x 14 and 11 x 17. I get J069 (Duplex Entrance SN: Lag) and J023 (Duplex Exit SN: Late) jam codes.

    I think that if you use the drum stay off the D1203000 you should be fine, just verify that the back end of each PCU matches and make modifications if needed.

    This all started when I damaged the D1203000 PCU and put a B2050151 PCU in it's place but forgot to put the drum stay back on, it appeared to work but I didn't snap off the extra pin in the back so...

    Actually, the front drum stay is exactly the reason why the PCU won't fit. If I take it off, the PCU slides all the way in. Thanks!
