The thermostats in front of the fusing belt are unstable/old - we changed them and fixed the problem.

I know the PB3110 i special compared to older LCITs, but many parts are the same - I have just tried with these parts for test since the error was allready there with the original parts.

I have cleared that sensor. I can not find the sensor info in 5803 in the servicemanual so I can test it but i assume it works it stops correctly with a low pile of paper.

Thank you for your reply. The gear under left is ok. When the gear is bad it normally will not finish move from left to right which is ok in this machine.

Tray move left to right and back ok with Little paper. Full paper also ok to right tray - problem left does not move arm all the way back to the left. Tried changing the following parts from MPC4000...

I can also be the toner bottle motor - I had one 305 where I changed the supply system for the toner, but saw that the bottle wasnt turning! Also changed the motor for the bottle.....

I had 2 new tray 2 units with no feed problem - the metal plate was not pushing enough on the rollers - bent it at Little and then it was ok.

The first thing I tried was another fusing Unit. Now I have charged thermopile, socket with wires behind fusing, IOB/BICU/PSU PCB. Has run since monday.

I assume you have changed the toner bottle as well after having problems with toner pump? Is toner coming down with "forced toner"? - else take off hose on back of toner bottle and vacuum from both...

All MPC models have problems with push switches in brigdes and they end as "Power ON" jams - so that must be the same for 32xxC switches.

If callibration does not help - change the touch panel - known Ricoh error
