I have had my IT guy check it...

I also get a 752 reading when I don't cancel.

The computer is giving me a The Remote UI is not able to be used message. How would I do this on the copier.

I checked the log on the send part and on the faxes it says OK but on the scan to email all it shows is NG, no error number.
Any suggestions?

:confused:I forgot to say that I tried another machine (lanier ld160) and the scan to email works fine.
I just do a scan to email and it gives me a resending message everytime.
