our HP8550 displays a message regarding the DRUM COUNT LOW...we ordered for a new drum assembly...my question is "if we put the new drum assembly will the message automaticaly disappear?:confused:...
our IR 105 has 6.8 million copies made,i ve replaced the main and sub thermistor...but still the same error code comes after few days...can i ask for any suggestions regarding this code??thanks

our machine is working now from A4 size which has a problem i changed it to customised setting of small size ..

we got this canon fax L-220 which always displays CHECK PAPER SIZE & RECEIVED IN MEMORY..ive cleaned the sensors(photo interrupter) but still get the same message.PLEASE ANY HELP??:othanks in advance
i have encountered this kind of problem i changed the main charge assembly,cause when i try to replaced the corona wires the problem is still there...i think the problem was in the corona grid....
why not try to clean the contact/s first of the developing assembly...
what if there was a loose connection/s somewhere in the duplex area?or the connectors needs crimping/cleaning or needs to be sprayed upon with a contact cleaner..
i have experienced this fixing film problem before in IR 2016, twice i replaced the fixing unit w/c are new and yet same problem occurred...but since prices between fixing unit and fixing assembly...
Our machine if im not mistakin has reached CP 026083 and CT 026083 and the copies coming out are dark...Ive cleaned the reflecting mirrors and the charged corona...Ive noticed that toner sticks...
i encountered this problem before and what we did was we changed the IP board and that solved the problem...but dont forget the counter board to be put on the new IP board
how many copies or the drum life of Canon IR 105:confused:when changing the drum,what else should go along with it
just try to get the ORIGINAL TONER....that i think will solve the problem...

though im not an experienced CANON tech,whenever i see lines on copies made... initially i will think of the cleaning blade..but with Canon i found out that primary coronas and the rest of the corona...
i think i had the same problem which i encountered with our IR105 ...pick up rollers,feedrollers and even the separation rollers has been replaced...but still it will cause jamming on cassete...
