REDACTED POST.
Distractions were in place, mistakes were made... :(
Honestly, you could probably leave the ribbed tires on there and just give them a cleaning. We have some machines with 3+ million pages on them, and we've never changed out one of those ribbed tires...
We just use the standard OEM feed tire (A00J563600). Remove the "rubber" from the standard feed hub and slide it onto the hub for the ADF Sep roller. They wear out a bit faster, but last long enough...
What have you done to try and troubleshoot so far? Have you tried another ADF to see if the problem remains? If it does, problem with main body, if not, problem with ADF. Simple troubleshooting steps...
And another new error. Hopefully the combination of these different errors might help with diagnosing what exactly is going on.
Secure Connection Failed

I briefly received a different error page about an hour or so ago, 2pm to 3:30pm EDT time-frame.
It stated, "Content Encoding Error" "An error occurred during a connection to www.copytechnet[.]com"...
If you are being paranoid, then so am I. I had the exact same thought when reading his question, and then seeing the response on how to change it. Looking at the join date of last month and only 2...
Sidetracking here a little bit.
I can't recall about voltage printed on the drum for the 501 model either, but I know the likes of the 600/750 601/751 did have the voltage printed on them. We had...
Surprisingly, I have very few problems with Charter/Spectrum at home. On the contrary, I also know multiple people within a few miles of me that have nothing but problems with them. They are...

There are 2 different print heads depending on the model of the machine, so make sure you scavenge from the correct...

Are we certain that is a fan in the copier? There seems to be a loud click just prior to each time a fan kicks on. I've never heard any such click sound from any copier prior to a fan kicking on....
I hope you have an old PC laying around with Windows XP or Vista 32-bit on it. Windows 7 32-bit might work also, but anything newer and that software can't write the data to the Compact Flash card...

I've updated my original post to bit a bit clearer, but the gist of it is:
Go into service mode as you normally would. When the password screen pops up, follow step 4 (4. On your input password...
A Nuclear Bomb to fix a problem that a bullet could resolve...
Try this thread first, this is the proper way to do it. Post the information found when doing the procedure outlined below into that...

Minimum size drive would be 320GB. You can use larger, but needs to be at least that big.
No problems over this way the few times I've been on here throughout the day. US Midwest over here.
That is a shortened form of the default admin password and it will not get you into service mode.
I can only assume that you are not a tech, so I will not provide you with the default service mode...
