I agree. I have seen this before, and it is caused by a problem with one of the color epu's. EPU binding, corona short etc.

It is hard to tell from your pictures but this machine is famous for the drum drive gear slipping. Check the screw that secures the drum drive gear because it comes loose. Good luck.
I'm sure it is the setting stored in WORD that is causing the problem. Have them change the setting to go to the bypass. Toshiba drivers get trumped by the settings in WORD.

The ES 355 does NOT need a doggle. You need to re-check the model number & re-post.
You have a problem with either the charge or transfer/sep corona. It could be anything from a broken wire to the hvps. Good luck.
What makes you think you can use the data overwrite enabler on multiple machines? Toshiba maintains that it is linked to the serial number & it can only be used for one machine.
