if error code appear shortly after power ON, it Failed HV/2. Reseat CN736 on the PRCB and CN737, CN738 and CN739 on HV/2. or Replace HV/2 (p/n A03U M404 00) as necessary.

usually it cause from human error, be careful handle this machine, the second transfer belt is very sensitive, if you doing wrong procedure sometime you can damage the belt

c7000 is successor for c65xx with 1200 dpi and they using IDC sensor compare with c65xx using PGC sensor, stabilization of density detection more precision.
