pro 3545 gives blank copies in color & with striped deletions in b/w.error log showing code 22.500.10.please suggest action to be taken.in manual it says just to switch on/off.
once the display comes on,display show m/c in diagnostic mode.you exit the service mode.then you can take prints on it.
