Yes, after polishing the drum I remove all of the polishing compound with dry cloth. Before this I Cleaned 3 DRUM of my machine. I see alarm code it show 320002.

I test again on another machine. Boot up OK but after run about 30 copies so code comes.

By the post first I change new fan, code come.
after that, DC controller moved to another machine, it work OK on that.
I think fan OK and DC controller OK too.

I changed FM4 fan from ir5075 (I think the same) it get the same code .
I took DC controller from dead machine and insert in another good ir6570, it work OK so DC controller is good.

So, can I use system software of ir5020i for ir5000?
And Error code E0355-002 is occur because of this non match system software.

The error code point to Harddisk fault but the machine no harddisk. How to solve.
First, screen come up with the error code. I look for H/D but non, so I reseat 2 DIMM at the DC controller and main...

I had this problem in the same model.

My issue was the gap between the metal plates before entrance the fixing tray. It was not enough space for paper to pass.
I solved it by increase this space....
