I have a C552 that has a ic-412 fiery. Fiery does not stay on. when you turn on power button it starts to come up, then shuts down, no error codes??? Ideas??

Usually 0630 code is memory related or hdd! When cis or fan or board goes bad you get a 3210 code! Dp 760 needs additional memory for 2 sided scanning! I would reseat and do a all clear memory then...

A 5185 is an older model so I would do a scandisk on HD then make sure system soft is current! Then take Memory out and reinstall it! And make sure all filters are all clean! Good luck
