i had this problem with 40 copies than it was jamming, replaced the 2 motors an solenoids but kept comming back, when on the data say's duplex exit it is most of the time this sensor.

there is a problem with the seals inside the toner hopper, they get lose.
the hopper/botle is rotating but there is no toner adding in the dev. unit.
it's almost empty,
open the hopper and find...

it is the dulex exit sensor (AW02 0158), you can replace it or re-solder the contacts in the sensor

replace the 2 black spring clutches in the gearbox assy.

How much was it then?

We only replace the touch pannel (b2239900) and the rest is payed by Ricoh Japan!

It,s the oil suply unit replace it comlete and remove the spacerroller (the smal black one, one scrow only) dust and toner blocks oi to go into the filt and becoms dry, like windscreen wipers

my customer can not print this file on his new MPC (2050) Diana.
the problem is tha he can not change the doc. settings...
