Do you mean WSD? If so, ditch it and use tcp/ip instead. WSD is utter rubbish. Are you using the correct driver for the 2630?
3 year parts warranty with Lexmark so would probably be free if it was native Lexmark:p
I would think it would work as you restore the serial etc using the service restore tool once done, and I am...

Sharp do not provide actual board circuits anymore, they only provide block schematics.
There are a few soldered fuses (genius Sharp, irreplaceable fuses) on both the AC and DC psu's, I would start...
Did you run through the developer setup once replaced? MAX setup?
It doesn't stop the machine at 0% though does it? It thought it just ran over and on, but just displayed the message?
What about on the drums? Are the transfer belt positions correct when it switches the cams down?
Is there a whole width image on the transfer belt? It looks either 2nd transfer not pulling the image or laser shutter partially blocking laser.
This needs proper diagnosing before throwing loads of...
Why are you reloading? If it comes up 00 it should be fully working. You can reload via ethernet also, you just flip one of the dip switches and it issues an ip to your laptop to connect.
I fitted 7655 toner to a Versant by swapping chips to avoid wasting the old 7655 toner along with dev on lots of older Xerox's (C7545 up to C8070 for example) and it works fine. Most dev is the same...
Did you enter the TD sensor ID setting into diagnostics? and set up the dev correctly? You must do this or it over/under tones the dev.
I remember the toaster. Fire extinguisher always close by to the machine in case of excessive fuser jams :)
We used to work on them and they were utter shite. We had the RIPS 5790 from memory. Difficult to work on and printheads failed like no tomorrow. Terrible things, and we were glad to get shot of...
We have had the same on high volume machines. We actually took apart a waste box where it had happened and there was loads on toner in one compartment that had caused the pcu unit to snap auger, but...
Basics needed here. Check developer for coverage, wrap charge roller with tape to block charge in that area to see if you get a solid band, stop mid run and see if there is a image on transfer belt,...
Are you setting the media to the heaviest setting possible?
There is a heavy duty media fuser available for these machines, you probably need one of those. Hotter temp will only blow the thermal...
Are you using both power cords? And is the main switch inside front cover on? You need to meter up the various sections to see where power is getting too, but if you don't know what you are doing,...
1 year parts and labour warranty and 4 years parts warranty with the Lexmark version too INCLUDING fuser, imaging kits:o

Are you using pcl driver? Machine doesn't come with PS out of the box, but I am not sure how it presents itself if you send a PS job to a non-PS capable machine.
Worth retrying the SD card cloning...
When you 1st turn it on, it boots from the SD card. The display you see created on the screen is all from SD, and it then boots from HDD/SD to bring the machine fully up. The fact it says B8045...
100% SD card. Use HDD raw copy and create a new one directly onto a new SD with a known working image
This is an MX5070, same fw as a MX6070 so I cannot see how it does not show. Weird.

Scroll to page 4 of the counters I think, it certainly shows it in 22-13
