Hi Mat
Can I ask did your error CE301 ever return after the firmware update to G00-68, I ask because i have a C654 that has the latest firmware GC6-68 new hard drive and new mfp and still it has...
Just a small note on the previous posts, yours is quite a bad one so it would be worthwhile taking out the print head as the dev often falls onto the unit. If it has this needs cleaning up
This in...
Hi there,
Have you tried the guide sheet on the conveyance section?
It's a little hard to see on your sample but it could be the cause of your problem, even if you have one on they have been known...
Had one skewing that was caused by uneven pressure on the vertical transport rollers on tray 3. The shaft of the roller isn't held very securely and the pressure seemed to fluxuate from front to rear...
I'd look at your hard drive. all those machines have hdd as standard so it should be there.
Hi Rinser
I don't know if you had any luck with your fault but i tracked mine to be the MFP board.
Regards.
I've come across a similar sounding problem where the exit drive lever breaks thus the duplex drive not engaging.
I have attached an image and circled the part which is found above the fuser on the...
Hi
Have you tried increasing the fuser temp for thick paper?
I'd try your print head or MFP board! Personally i would lean towards mfp had similar fault on a C280 last week it would be fine on site after gradation then two days later come back Good Luck.
Hi
I have the same fault on a C280 my next step is to return on Monday with a Laser (print) unit and try that.
Unfortunatly it's very intermittent but will let you know if it works.
Thanks Habik,
I'll order the parts and replace them. Willing to give anything a go now as I've found that my colleague has already changed the boards.;)
Hi just wondering if anyone out there has had any issues with 99-01 jams on C650's.
Have issues on multiple machines that have all done over a million copies and most have LU's fitted and fault...
Take a look at the black fuser drive housing. Its quite common for it to crack, you may even be able to see the crack if you remove the fuser and put pressure on the drive shaft.
Hope this helps.
Hi
One of the techs on here had something very similar a while back and he traced it back to the PRCB.
Hope it helps.
Hi I've seen this a few times before and it can be either an issue with the network or the machine. If its the machine there is firmware that should (but not always) fix it. If its the network i'm...
This is a good one ( so to speak) i would have said blk IU or laser but as you've tried those I guess my next step would be the HV boards or MFP board. Good Luck
Also found this in a release from KM...
Hi Neilabz83
I myself fell into the trade quite by accident the dealers you've found are throughout the UK but dont necessarilly just cover the area where they are based so its worth contacting...
Hi have you tried increasing/decreasing the paper loop adjustment?
Service Mode, Machine,Printer Resist Loop, 2
If i'm thinking of the right models I think the only difference is a round metal cover on the fuser where the locating pin goes. Peel that away and your fuser will fit.
Ianizer- The machie was known as a Minolta CF3102. Not a bizhub they were around quite a while before the bizhub range.
I beleive Empiru has the right idea a new fuser may be the easier way to...
Hi,
I've come across similar isues of lines of various types on this range and it has always turned out to be the mfp board. if the lines are uniform like your example this is a good clue. You will...
Hey Emujo,
Ive come across something that sounds very similar and it turned out the toner had compacted and gone hard in the chute between hopper and IU.
A small gap was left so when you ran...
