Check out this link Brother and compare the B20 specs to this m\c. I got the toner and drum wrong. Check the consumables on the page for the right toner and drum.

Try using Brother TN620 or the high capacity TN650 cartridges. The drum unit is DR620.
Your best bet is to replace the whole imaging unit PN-A08ER70100. It comes with everything except the drum and developer. First check the toner recycling part for blockages. If no toner is stuck...
The magnetic roller is your problem. Replace the developing unit.

ICP5 on the C353 is 2.5A. Did it blow when resetting the fuser or transfer belt?
