I have just spoken to support guy and he said originally he took the serial number and contacted Japan for a product key.
Is it possible that the product key on the back of the copier could be...
Just tried what you said but it comes up with "Product key is incorrect".
I will ring the useless guy who we are paying support, see what he says.

When I go into Simulation 26 then 10 and select 0 (zero) for off nothing happens! I would expect some sort of feedback.

You were spot on, put 128MB RAM and the scanner kit is now there under product key. The only issue is now it will not accept the key I have and this is the first time I have ever used it....

Just removed the back panel, theres no memory in the slot which is shown on the diagram you sent. Will have to find out the make of the RAM and order some.

Hi Igi, I didnt realise it needed 128 because the scanner trial period worked fine, I assumed that it should just work!

I have checked the memory using a browser to connect and it states "memory and storage installed" = 64MB RAM. Not sure if memory is the problem unless I need more!?!
