    I had such a difficult time taking it out. Is it supposed to come out from the top or bottom? There is practically no room to wiggle it out of the bottom. Every time I do it, I'm afraid to brake it.

    Really? How can I "test" the drum for failure? Also, should the belt be a bit loose on the assembly of be tight? should you be able to move it by hand?

    The fixing unit was replaced 6 months ago. How do you reset the code in the service mode?
