Check the bushings on the reg unit. They get all bound up from toner residue & and oval out over time. Either clean or replace if ovaled. It will cause noise and jamming.

i had a call a few weeks ago konica 7075 with just about 30 mil on it and still running

this error code is a hard initialization abnormality, turn machine off and on,, still there re-initialize the hhd. still there you probally have a bad hdd (replace).

check the toner motor, trick the door without the tnoer in it and see if it is spinning.
