I would check the transfer unit ... retraction mechanism. Maybe swap it out.

Is it throwing a code? I would checked your toner level or depleted developer in one of the colors. Especially the yellow. It'll still pass calibrations sometimes even though color is depleted.

I have a sharp mx-m350 with L4-02 code. I replaced the drum unit and main drive. Didn't fix it ! The drum motor turns for about 1 second then codes out. Any ideas??

That would depend on your serial number on whether to do phase 1 or phase 2
I was able to finally shoot it with USB card brand "DataStick Pro" 1 gigabit by Centon. I don't know why they are so touchy regarding the flash cards.
Did you put the eprom from the old board to the new board? Also update the firmware
Try updating the firmware and theres a bulletin regarding the firmware update on that feeder. So make sure u read that solutions bulletin
