1028/1128 have no pressure tabs for the fuser. Tabs are the 3040/3140 boxes.

Make sure your envelopes are as flat as possible, no air inside, and as fresh as possible, not damp. I can honestly say I have never had much luck running envelopes on most the Kyocera...

Can I scan to a shared folder on a network drive?? I always thought the shared folder needed to be on the root (c) drive. If it can be on a network drive, do I still just use the share name "scans"...
