    I agree with blackcat.....it is a primary transfer belt cleaning issue. Along with what he said, check the units auger coil to make certain a bit of paper/label didn't get caught in it.

    Recheck and reseat your FAX ROM. If that doesn't fix it, reseat the DIMM in slot 4. My tech rep had me replace the DIMM in slot 4 because of several units with the same issue. I hope this helps.

    It's Fixed!!

    Give this man a cigar!!! Went back and cleaned the scan unit...vola!! works like a dream and 41-6 now passes everytime!
