replace the cleaning brush, or better yet replace the machine heheheh
you may have deformed drum seals and foams, replace them, bec toner attaches to the main charger causing ur probs
there are actually 4 exit rollers right? the ones on the right side are probably melted so remove it, then push the other one on te left side to compensate for the removed ones, final appearance...
yiu dont have to replace solenoids just replace the foam and ppush the metal towards the clutch
i have encountered and solved the same problems, try scraping dev unit groundings that should do it
sometimes the casette clutch becomes corroded and you have to take it off and just clean it

sometimes the main charging arcs, you just have to file the burnt edges and it should be fine
temp must be 16 to 25degress cent., and you can set the calibration to long, so it wont calibrate often to avoid waste toner
exactly! replace the k dev unit
wrong casette detection, there must be something a piece of paper or anything in the sensor
maybe your dev unit,s shaft is not rotating?
