I had also that problem w/c is a headache to me recently. We replaced the ink with differrent batch number NG. Next is the inking hose then the ink pump unit and lastly the system pcb.

Just got a problem of C2804 Color Registration Sensor Error despite the cleaning of sensor and execute adjustment on operation but every now and then. May you have a better idea.

:( Multiple RF Cards placed in the card feeder won't print continously.

Try Clamp Motor Assembly if you did it already maybe it's the posotion marks of Intermmediate and Main gear not align.

I guess it's really the timing and also check the drum's Assy; Shaft Joint and Main Pulley; Shaft. Try to replaced it..

Not able to consumed ink fully (half empty) and machine ask for ink replacement.

Riso CZ and RZ Models not able to consumed ink fully.<BR>Replaced the Ink Pump Unit and Inking Hose it only takes a couple of days problem occur.
