Does anyone know what ports network twain scanning uses? I am trying to scan with an Ricoh Aficio MP 301 and I get the message the Firewall is blocking the scan. Help is much appreciated.

It's a C305, and we regularly update firmware to enable scanning to Windows 8 and 2012. Maybe this will work as well.

Thanks Ruben - I will hang on to this info. I'm hoping I can use SMB in MAC 10.9 but not sure.

Has anyone succeeded here with SMB or FTP scanning? SMB on 10.9 is my priority.
