They will come back, time for new PCDU’s.
Have you cleaned the optics?
Clean the LED array.
Clean the optics. I have no experience on production models.
Call a trained technician for that machine, whatever it is.
All of these are made for office colour, photo reproduction is not their strong point. Try samples on all of them.
Have a look at a new fuser, from memory the fuse does not go where the loop is.
My guess would be 2 dev units
Because it’s a mono machine (Martini)
If you don’t know how to access SP mode call a trained technician before you ‘brick’ the device.
Would have been better to post in Ricoh forum.
You bought a cheap used machine and expect it to produce excellent quality on jobs that are out of specification, WTF?
Now you know why it was cheap, probably needs 4 PCDU’s replaced.
This thread is 6 years old, why bother?
Do you have access to the Ricoh run up guide for that customer?
Compare user and SP settings of your 4000 to the 5000
Surely the part numbers are in the same manual you got the picture from.
Why the duplicate post?
Only about 8 years too late.
Too late to the party, he has already done that as you would have noticed if you read all of the thread.
Probably not.
How many prints on the black unit, it is probably seized.
Call a trained technician
Only if there is a jam indicated by the LED’s in that area.
Samples might help! Is it just normal edge margins?
