firmware won't help if it is the same problem I had. remove unit and you can kinda see how to retime arms. I ordered a new one and made the old one in time like the new one to keep for future use....

that "swing plate" probably isn't installed right. There is a little tab that sticks out and of the plate and it needs to be installed so that the swing plate will raise up to allow the fuser to go...
Yep I use to drag race snowmobiles and motorcycles. Now I have slowed down to Harleys and vintage honda mini trails. Have 2 ct70's 2qa50's 1z50 1 vespa 3 Harleys. Still growing.
There is no clutch. Electromagnetic solenoid and developer is iron it gets into the solenoid.

have not tried it without finisher. Have tried new fuser. Found another set of mylars that sharp has put out for these. Installed mylars and we will see if that helps. Cleaned clutch's on front side....

could also be the doc feeder control board. I have had staples and paper clips blow them out.
If it was just a setting change you wouldn't get the E6-11 error code.
Anyone else having problems with these catching and turning the paper almost into a u shape when the paper exits the finisher? All the updated mylars are installed. Firmware is currant. Yes sponge...
best guess is the doc. feeder CIS isn't working. Check page C-2 in manual

yes they are the same fuser. MX-754FU1
yep took that section out and like I said the claws were off a bit. Replaced and all ok. Glad I don't have to work on those every day.
