Search:

- The PCU blade and PCU is not tight friction.
- Look at the glass in between toner catridge and PCU, it might be dirty due to ink bumping.

As my experience, reload controller board might help for a time but sc 990 will come back. Change the OPC drum if it over 150.000 copies is better way although ricoh error code doesn't mention about...

My aficio 2045 was broken down last week. I replaced charge drum, drum, thermostat, fuser roller . Now it works but in SMC report before it said aficio 2045 , now it says aficio 2035 ....

Any reply to help one another is aprreciated provided that it is from goodwill . The receiver have to interpret intelligently otherwises "you break it you pay for it" .

When I start copying 2 side the first paper always get jamed at fusing rack , after take it out the machine works well . This is keep on annoying .
