hi check the internet settings.proxy ,dns .try ERDS comtest first to ensure internet connection avl for machine. upgrade the firmware to get the machine SSL supported.

actually problem was with duplex connector,small piece of paper in it.

After last paper delivery,m/c shows "check all covers are closed",after that machine recovers after rebooting the machine.

This happens irrespective of no.of copies,checked all door...

Remove the jumper on the fax board AND switch on the machine.
it will pop a error .
never mind ,switch off again and put the jumper back and
switch the machine on and try faxing, it wll work out....

REPLACED LASER UNIT,dc con,mn-controller
checked door switch also
sometimes jam code 0b00

intermittent e110-002 and e100-0001 ERROR appears
replaced laser unit,dc controller main controller
and also some paper jams with jam code 0b00.
some times it runs upto 1000 copies well
