I have problem in IR 3245N jamming when using only duplex unit in code ps9, when removing the jammed paper, jamming not cleared and still shows jamming, but I noticed while jamming in duplex...

ok I disconnect the hard disk and power on machine. the screen shows these errors:
sc problems with hard disk
sc 860
sc 870
sc 872
sc 925
do u think problem is in hard disk drive?

I removed them all and changed the paper , but the cassette 2 and bypass tray work correctly. no jamming occurs,

if you print one side, is it ok?
I think you must check these things:
* moisture paper
* moisture on the drum surface
* developing cylinder defected, check if the latent image on the drum surface...
