I have used more than 5 sets of Bizhub c7000 toners for c353 and c 451/550/650/652 it works perfectly without any hitches . The print quality is superb do nt tried it on c364

Hope the waste toner is not cake inside the cleaning blade that will make the processing unit to hooked inside the machine

the simple truth is that the toner is not met for your region order the old part number and the problem will be solved

you might need to clean the ros window and load the latest software on the machine.

toner cloud is the root cause of this problem it has been corrected on dc252
