run a copy ,stop copy when the paper get under the drum ,is the print missing on the drum, check the mirrors for objects blocking you light ,check for object blocking your laser to the drum . hope...

unit had a E000 code ,I replace the fuser unit ,the unit came to ready and printed what it had in memory ,left the customer and five minutes later the same code came back , any suggest.
