Thanks but that is not the case ....I tried the whole unit in another machine and it actually worked so it seems the problem is on the machine .... if you to try to copy without the guide...

This one is a new one on me, the paper jams in the duplex tray when doing a single double sided copy although previously it worked for up to 30 copies or more.
Because it was jamming...
1) what is the JAM CODE?
2) besides the roller n pad what have you done?
