It is probably the waste toner sensor. Check to see if the toner waste container is full. There is a sensor that halts the copier if the waste toner fills to a certain point.
Thanks much. The rear sensor was dirty and since cleaning it, works perfectly with no more waste toner error. Problem solved!:D
