The troubleshooting guide in the manual for this error says to do a sensor check on the "release detection sensor", I can find no other reference to this sensor in the manual, and in typical Toshiba...

Same procedures as in the SH , we have quite a few in the fireld still but this is the problem child lol. Its got aftermarket toner but we have tried genuine too, no difference. None of the rest of...
NP6060 was scrap the minute you turned them on! I hated those things lol!
Just thought I would toss this up for some advice, we have this E600 with about 2 million copies on it that really eats up dev quickly, the most copies we've gotten out of It in the last year without...

Different model machine ,but I had a 232 that was spitting out weird black copies when I tried to copy, I re-seated the ccd connectors and the problem never came back....
Just be aware that the dev is very expensive if you do have to replace! I had one color on a 5520 give an error code ( I forget now is been a few years) and I ended up having to do the dev for that...
We have seen lots of weirdness due to firmware as well V2001 seems to have helped ,but I have had to replace cassette rollers in 2 machines that the trays had less than 40k on them and the sep and...
try using 6le49877000 its a newer style green opaque roller that's used in the e756 etc, we have been putting them in the older feeders and they have really improved the performance of the feeders.

They had great support here when I worked on their stuff....now they are just like the crap support from Toshiba of Canada!
Not if they work on Toshiba lol! Due to there stupid numerical service modes , at least with a readable index of the codes you can find what you are looking for, but when everything is just numbers...
You forgot to mention the benefits package too !! If I had a buck for everytime I get this question I could pay my house off!
This machine has less than 80 k on it , it doesnt always do it , but when it outputs the page for calibration the image is shifted to the side , so when it tries to scan it comes up with the message...
