Working with C352. Paper size auto select works THROUGH the ADF and print services, for ALL sizes of paper. Put the paper on the glass and it ALWAYS calls for 11X17 paper, regardless of actuall...

Here is more info on the problem with this unit. Checked fuses in the back of the unit, and the pins and connectors at the fuser. All good.

Looking at an C550 and tray 4 skews and sometimes will wrinkle the paper. Tray 3, right beside 4, is fine.

The entire tray 4 has been replaced along with all rollers and still skews.
Ideas?
