Its not the same. As far i know, same is heat roll, fuser belt, oiling. 6060 have two external rolls, web assy is diferent.
First you must know what was previous version of system. WinXPe is with Fiery v.3.0. All previous are based on WinNT.

I have this problem with LVPS. See if you have there blown resistor on LVPS board. Should be 200ohm.

What type of EFi Fiery you have? There is a patch for yellow printing. Download .ps and put it via Command workstation. It can be found on xerox site.

Problem with C0650 on KM Bizhub 163. Tried replacing scanner motor, home position sensor and main pcb. We havre this fault on several brand new mashines. Scanner wont move from home...

Enter ip of controler in IE. Check if "DDS enable" is checked.... also chk cables.
Try first recovery Cd. If not, replace 160K88462 IOT IF PWB.

Read it. To me it looks like uneven charge on drum, could be developer unit (mag roll). I see you already replace developer material.
Did you try to replace Y and K drum module to see is there diference?

We the same problem with C452, 552, 652 brand new machines. Only in K. Same defect, more visible on thick paper stock. We replaced K module, nothing changes, same.
\what kind of file? What is sysem software version of Fiery X12? What is windows driver version? Is it PCL or PS?
Check power supply first. You could use PC ATX power supply.
You could change nvm values, i will check later.
