Go to the print driver and try the following:
Find the correctly installed Sharp Print Driver -> Printer Properties -> Sharing -> Check "Render Print Jobs on Client Computers".
See how that...
Curious as to the error code.
As mentioned in the similar post here. Replace the, complete, MC electrode unit. It's a known issue, I've had to do a few.

I've had to do about 7 of these. I originally ordered the shims, but they took to long and were ridiculously priced. Take of left side cover, unplug fuser. Disengage the springs on each top side...
Had a similar issue on a MX5070. Turned out to a dodgy port on their switch, which was continuously flooding the copier with packets each time this particular user printed. Had them swap the port...
Had this problem on a 6070, some time ago. It was happening when one particular user printed. Had them swap his port on the switch to another, for testing. Was never called out again.
When you changed the Ozone fan, did you also do the Ozone Duct Thermistor ? I've had a couple of MX-C301's present the same problem and the Ozone Thermistor was the fix. Just looking at the 304...
Curious as to how you went with this Tech2002. You wouldn't believe it, having one throw the same error.

They changed the bearings on the pressure release gears. Changed them from a proper gear that seemed to absorb the pressure a little. But this near bearing is not actually a bearing, it's a solid...
If it's a brand new machine that arrived in the box, it should have had a red tab on the Waste Toner collector. The purpose of this the red tab, is that it prevents the "slidey" mechanism from going...
^^^^ Agree with Prince on this. Had this problem also.
I took a color drum motor out of a CR4.5 we had in the showroom. Rotated the machine on it's spot and fit the new motor, it did the job. At the initial visit with L4-18, I was able to prevent the...
Having the same problem on the same model. Drum rotates fine, infact all drums and devs are fine. Changed the Cyan drum to be sure. Now getting strange lines through colors. The machines in a...
Can't see if this was addressed, so, let's first make sure that the tabs on the fuser are not in the envelope position. As these fusers do not have automatic pressure release, usually they will be...

For a first post, this must have grinded some gears. BTW, having Non-Techs' informed on the input of changing soft switches is the thing of Real-Techs' nightmares.
Been a hell of a ride this year Guys. I hope the New Year brings a little more confidence in the future.
Take Care.

So with my limited experience with these models, here is what I have done so far. Apologies for not detailing this first.

Hi All,
I'm a Sharp service agent and have had some experience with various other models. I was wondering if someone could give a few tips to help point me in the right direction.

I have had two 6070's, in different sites, break the plastic regulation plate from the rear of tray 3 and 4 on a DE28 (Tandem). Originally I put it down to rough users, although I still didn't...
