One "Head up" is missing here: The canon IR ADV 6xxx and 8xxx are "white writers" whitch means a soiled Laser will produce darker(!) images. So look for corona, transfer or developing issues. You can...
Maybe the "SVMD-ENT" Value is changed ( SV Mode Level 2 option fnc sw) . Try *49* instead
Just wondering...
Black is the reference on these models,
maybe black is correct and the 3 colors are out of spec?
There is a damper Pad at the end of the sensor flag, that becomes sticky. You can check this: apply some pressure at the sensor flag downwards, then try to move it upwards. If you feel a resistance...
What i forgot to mention: This Model had a lot of Firmware issues, sure, that your Firmware is the latest and greatest?
Try a lower Resolution, does the error disappear?
Its fine for me, now...
I could not see an example, so this here is a complete shot in the dark, but maybe it will help you. Your description sounds for me, that the problem happens, when the heavy stock leaves the...

Soiled Laser due to spilled Toner/Developer
Just a shot in the dark:

If you have an organ donor, maybe you can give it...
not the wires, turn the whole corona assy upside down, there you will see plastic screws, wich adjust the heigt of the corona wires. with 1.5 turns i meant one and a half turn.
Did you monitor the fusing temp? if it gets too low, the mashine slows down, maybe this is a hint in the right direction
First at all, after replacing the corona or the wires on a canon box, do not forget to reset the counters in service mode, otherwise the mashine wont use the correct corona currents.
second: turn...
see the "550 permission denied" ?
This leads you in the right direction
You must garant the mashine full access to the folder.
Reason is: the mashine generates a "lck" File while scanning, if...
Had the nearly same Thing Time ago; try to change the Laser Units (I would suggest Yellow against Cyan) and see if the Error goes along with the Cyan Unit
