There wasn't an error, we have a duff machine and someone needed an ITB as a part so we've sold it them.
EDIT: Done, just took a lot more force than i like to use on flimsy plastic parts...

Works fine and staples, but when double sided is asked of it it will jam in the 2 way unit B1. (Reversal pass option)

I could 100% be wrong but try updating the system software.
I know that error code on one machine (forget which one) points to a software mis-match on the PCB and the DC Controller.

The clicking is about the interval of a drum turning i'd say, and as loud as the usualy clicking noises that come.

I had a problem where a machine would jam in the initial feed assy on the right hand side when feeding from tray 2. Tray 1 was fine and i didn't try the bottom two cassettes at this point....
It was the Primary Corona unit.
